When do I need to order by for a same week rental? Our recommended postal cut off days are every Wednesday at 2pm! However you are welcome to place orders outside of the recommended cut off but you must understand that any delays will be at your risk and you will not be refunded / credited if orders are placed after the Wednesday recommended cut off for a same week rentals! Saturday shipping must also be selected if the event is on Saturday, please see our T&Cs around shipping for more in depth info!

When will my rental be shipped? You will receive an email with shipping updates as soon as your garment is on the way. Most rentals are sent from Monday through to Wednesday at the latest, if we cant send your garment by Wednesday you will be notified to organise another rental from our site or the option to wait until Thursday.

Do you offer postal try ons? Unfortunately we do not offer postal try ons in the instance that they can mess up our existing rentals and we of course prioritise our renters! We do however offer local try ons, local girls are welcome to pick up any available garments they'd like to try, try them on and then drop them back once done. We don't offer in-house try ons due to privacy.

Can I book with a friend for the same dates to save money? Yes! absolutely, check out our 'save $$$' highlight for more information on how to save money when ordering with us!

Do you take on consignment dresses? if so, whats the process? Yes! We are open to consignments, we have a couple at the moment! if you are interested in learning more, head over to outfiithirenz on instagram and see our 'consignments' to read more!

Can I swap my garment if I’ve change my mind for another rental once I’ve placed my order? You are welcome to swap your garment right up until the week of your event, if the new garment price is higher than your original booking you will have to pay the difference, or if it’s cheaper than your original booking we can credit you the difference. We can only swap to garments that are available for your date. Get in touch with us via Instagram or Email to sort this!

Do you allow early/mid week rentals? We do, however there will be a $25 fee on top of the original booking price invoiced through to you after we see your booking. This is so we can extend your booking to cover two weekends to allow your rental to run smoothly, hence the $25 fee, as you'll be taking up two full priced bookings potentially. If you don't want to pay this fee, your rental will simply be cancelled.

Do you offer rewards for frequent renters? Yes! Once you have hired with us three times you will receive a $10 off code to use on your fourth order, and then once you reach six rentals you will receive a $15 off code and then a $20 off code on your tenth rental. If you hire with us and tag us in any of your content you will receive a 20% off code to use next time as well! 

Do you allow extended rentals? Yes! we are always open to working something out with you, get into contact with us via email or dm and we will see what we can do! pricing of extensions will vary.

Can I hire just the top or bottom of a set? Yes! simply send us a dm or email with what set you'd like to seperate and let us know if you want to hire just the top or bottom and we will get a discount code written up for you to use when booking to take away half the rentals price.

Do you rent over Christmas/New Years? Yes we do! only a selected amount of garments though, we are in the process of creating more info around this topic, there will be a $10 fee invoiced to you for the extension of the garment as itll be in your care for 3 weeks, this will be invoiced before we send them all out on the 16th of December, if unpaid your rental will be cancelled.
